Grilling up a batch of our house made sausages is easy - there's just a few tips to follow to make sure you get a perfectly cooked link every time. 

There are a couple common problems folks encounter when grilling sausages - they cook too quickly and the casing pops - causing flare ups & a charred but still undercooked sausage. Or a too-low heat grill dries out the sausage and doesn't give you a crisp casing.
